To be eligible for a First District Development Company scholarship, you must meet all of the following criteria: • Be a U.S. citizen • Be a high school senior attending a South Dakota High School • Be accepted into a business/finance program at an accredited, post-secondary institution in South Dakota • Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or greater, calculated on a 4.0 grading scale • Submit an application (with documentation) by April 4
